Good building, worst management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very good location, good apartment a lot of lights and good price
Cons:
The owner/GPG management didn’t do anything to take care of the building, the building is very old, the Garbage room inside of the building which is so bad ( not enough space for 18 apartments), no one clean NEVER the building inside or outside ( entrance street), the superintendent ignoring tenants, no one cares about that building, I think the tenants can easily resolved all building problem just calling DOB and make complaints about what is going on there.
Advice to owner:
Resolving problem with garbage room, clean the building inside and outside ( street entrance) every building 2 weeks, taking care of tenants requests , install Hercules washer/dryer machine in the basement at least you can do that and the tenants who lives in that building will be happy.
