Wonderful place to live

Pros:
Close to the hospital with 24/7 doormen and porters, small but functional gym and adorable courtyard!
Cons:
The finishes are a bit outdated. Approval process takes some time.

Elevators work well, doormen are generally responsive and helpful
Cons:
The common areas are a little dated and smell, some neighbors are a little odd

Update common areas / carpets

Fine place to live

-Low maintenance -Mostly Friendly staff
Cons:
-Doormen are not the best at calling apartments for delivery and guests.
-Walls can be thin
Advice to owner:
Need to call apartments for deliveries and guests, packages sometimes are lost and then found. Need better organization.
