Most responsive and attentive building management I’ve had so far

Pros:
Same-day fixes most of the time, management office acts as a doorman for packages, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great lease and management responses during COVID. The apartments are also well isolated from each other, so you don’t hear your neighbors. Trash/recycling management is done for you which is convenient.
Cons:
It’s a walk-up which isn’t good if you have a problem with stairs. The street traffic on York avenue can be loud at times if youre used to extreme quiet, but it doesn’t last all day. I have no complaints about management or the building.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the responsiveness and great service!
