    management office was always super friendly and responsive, renovated unit with good water pressure
    Cons:
    apartment was pretty small, and did deal with mice which took a few months to get resolved-however management was very persistent and helpful in sending multiple exterminators free of charge

    Maintenance is very responsive, overall well taken care of!
    Cons:
    Only incident I’ve ever seen is a rat inside the building by the lobby next to some stuff some people left out but they took care of it right away.
