Decent Upper East Side Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
They have a nice virtual doorman system. The in-building W/D is in good condition and not too busy. The building itself is in decent condition. The neighbors are considerate and quiet (aside from dogs barking once in awhile). The building itself is on a side street so its quiet at night and the apartment is no fee.
Cons:
Stairs are a little narrow so larger furniture items may be hard bringing up. The walls in the stairwell/common area is a little worse for wear but its only cosmetic damage. The apartment door leading out to the stairwell is not the best sound-proofed (you can hear footsteps and doors slamming.
