Area has good resources and public transportation also close to fdr.
Former Tenant
Pros:
No electricity bills, community building, school within complex pre-k for all. a lot community resources nearby.
Cons:
parking sucks here, people don't curb there dogs, elevator always not working one or both, neighbors can be noisy at times, management takes a long time to fulfill repairs if they bother to show up. Piling paint.
