Pros:
lovely apartment with lots of space, good access to public transport. Was very clean when we moved in! Next to perfect condition.
Cons:
Super is condescending, doesn't believe the issues we tell him about. Also the management is convoluted, it's hard to know who to contact for different things, and we often don't get responces.
Advice to owner:
Make sure your management responds promptly

Pros:
Landlord was very responsive to any issues that came up, and Robert (the super) is the nicest man. He was very attentive to our apartment
Cons:
There were a few hiccups in the several years we lived there. E.g. no hot water, the heat went out once in our unit. But the landlord was quick to offer us electric heaters until it could get fixed. Honestly I think it’s inevitable to have a few issues, but they were great at attending to them (which is key).
Advice to owner:
The stairwell could probably use a good cleaning
