These buildings are falling apart inside
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to everything. Heat is very high in winter. Good hot water.
Cons:
Buildings upkeep is poor. Water leaks, Rats run and squeal all day and night in-between floors and walls, also, roaches the size of mini airplanes very poor pest control. I don't think the cameras work and the fire escape is rotting away.
Advice to owner:
More attention to pest control, water leaks and damage, NYC HUD pays big money in subsidies to help upkeep the buildings which is minimal
