Don’t move here!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Plenty of trains nearby. East access to midtown and downtown!
Cons:
Bedbugs, bedbugs! This property is owned by a slumlord. I lived here for 3 years and it was the worst experience ever.
Advice to owner:
Have monthly pest control visits and respond to tenant requests!
