Great management & concierge staff make living here quite pleasant.
Cons:
Elevators are regularly out of service/ running. Located next door to 2 NYCHA properties.

Invest in building upgrades

Massive rent hikes

The building was pretty decently run. The staff was pretty good. The on-site management were very duplicitous
Cons:
Not the most efficient heating and air-conditioning. The on-site management we’re just straight up liars

Make sure anything that is stated to you by management is also put in writing and signed off on

Okay but loud

Gym in building and patio, space is okay
Cons:
it's on Amsterdam and there are sooo many honks / sirens during the day. A/C has trouble with the heat.
Advice to owner:
install new a/c units and more soundproof windows.
