Quiet in the middle of chaos

Pros

Building staff were great and responsive; my unit faced the courtyard and was so quiet; condo building so depends on the owner but mine was great

Cons

The floors were a bit thin (my upstairs neighbor left their alarm clock on when they went out of town and I could hear the beeping); fire alarm in the kitchen easily went off which made it hard to cook sometimes
