Not worth the space
Former Tenant
Pros:
The rooms were big
Cons:
The bathroom was in terrible shape. The "backyard" was suppose to be shared, but there was always an issue. Either the tenants on the first floor didn't want anyone there or it look like a garbage disposal. Also the walls a super thin therefore there's a lot of noise from neighbors
Advice to owner:
Treat better your tenant and don't try to take advantage because of their situation.

Safe, good landlord, not many people living here
Cons:
Noisy, creaky, smelly at times, messy out front, buzzer doesn’t work
