amazing place to live!
Former Tenant
Pros:

Cons:
no flex walls allowed only bookcase

Decent location, but there's better for the price. Also LOUD
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent location, 10 minute walk to the E which gets you access to everything. Amenities are decent too, but you have to pay about $100/m for them. Overall, great experience. Doorman are great.
Cons:
Super loud. Directly next door is a fire station, and maybe 1 minute away is a UPS distribution warehouse (so lots of noise in the mornings). Furthermore, near the NJ/NYC tunnel so lots of beeping on Friday nights.

Also, the 2nd floor amenities reek of marijuana smoke from time to time.

Solid choice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
I lived here previously but the building was very nicely maintained, great door staff, nice apartments for the price.
Cons:
The amenities were decent but not spectacular, I hear those are getting updated. The ducts are all connected so weed from the neighbors frequently wafted into my unit.

Incredible 1 year experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
-extremely clean (never once had an insect issue)
-extremely responsive (fix day of or within 24 hours at the very latest)
-INSANELY FRIENDLY doormen
-management people were all respectful as well
Cons:
-located right above the fire station, so if you’re a light sleeper, this location def might not be it
-mandatory $95 amenity fee per person
Advice to owner:
Please make the amenity fee optional…

Loved it for a summer
Former Tenant
Pros:
super clean, the doormen were super nice, and maintenance was very responsive
Cons:
I didn't like that the keys were on your phone, once my phone was dead and I had to sit in the hallway and wait for it to charge enough to get into my apartment

A good building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, good use of space, nice amenities, nice staff, maintenance is responsive to requests.
Cons:
Sometimes when they have newer door staff they aren’t well trained on where things are or how things work and don’t know answers, though they are all very nice!

Rent is increasing 40%
Advice to owner:

Great value luxury building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great view, nice management team, amazing lounge and breakfast.
Cons:
I had a long and rough experience with bed bugs here and the building management didn’t believe me.

The Landon
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great apartment in regards to size, amenities, sound, and responsiveness from maintenance. Priced very high at the beginning of lease, but is currently listed at a reasonable price.
Cons:
Not fully development. No Gym, rooftop, or building amenities at all which were supposed to be completed a month or so after moving in. However, circumstances for those items being delayed are completely understandable and no fees for amenities were charged. However, the rent should have reflected a lower amount as well to match the availability.
Advice to owner:
This is a rental building and are owned by Dermot
