Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of 520 West 43 Street, Manhattan praise the building's exceptional cleanliness, responsive management, and well-maintained amenities. Tenants value the friendly doorman service, modern renovated units, and strong safety measures. However, noise can be an issue due to proximity to a fire station and nearby traffic hubs, with some complaints about the smell of marijuana in hallways. Rent prices are notably high with mandatory amenity fees, and a few renters reported challenges with pest control and tenant protections. Overall, it's considered a solid luxury option with great staff and upkeep, ideal for those prioritizing comfort and responsiveness despite higher costs.
