Good deal depending on landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well kept building, great location. Nice rooftop
Cons:
-Virtual doorman is more of a hassle than anything, there is no buzzer in the unit. -condo building so rented units are rented by owner of unit not building management (could vary your experience a lot!!!!)

Nice building not so great landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is great generally but depending on the apartment owner you can have different experience. I've been living in 6A for about 4 years and it was great for the first 3 years but recently the apartment owner changed and new owner is terrible in terms of communication/addressing issues. I'll be moving out at the end of my lease because of that.
Cons:
As I said depending on who is your landlord you can have pretty bad experience. Another issue is probably part time super.
