Great building and staff, expensive for older building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen and staff, great location, smaller building, quiet
Cons:
Lower floors sometimes smelled like garbage as garbage would pile up.
Small gym, older building
Expensive

Amazing building to live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building itself is great. Gym is outdated and some of the units are a little outdated. However, everything is handled professionally. The doormen are AMAZING as are the rest of the maintenance staff. Would move back in a heartbeat.
Cons:
The management company itself is a nightmare and they are rude.

Great building in midtown east
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly doormen and responsive maintenance
Cons:
Hard to negotiate rent increases
Advice to owner:
Longer hours on gym
Nice but overpriced
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super friendly doorman, the building is always clean, apartments have high ceiling, walls are super thick so you don’t hear a thing.
Cons:
Laundry is super expensive, heater/ac units are extremely loud and don’t self regulate but maintenance claims they are working as expected so they don’t get fixed. Gym is very old and small and they let random people do personal training sessions in there which can be annoying. Street noise is also loud but you get used to it.
Advice to owner:
Clean the units before new tenants move in and refinish the floors.

Would recomend highly.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Even though you're in midtown, it's very quiet. The staff are lovely. The package system is easy. The garbage is easy. Just an all around solid building if you like the location and the individual unit.
Cons:
Only complaints are that we're right next to a bus stop and in front of the building is where we put our trashbags, so it can be icky to look at sometimes. But that's true of any busy road in NYC

Excellent location in Midtown East
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff, fresh flowers weekly in the lobby, sauna, location (proximity to many subway lines), walking distance to Whole Foods and 2 other grocery stores, reasonable management…
Cons:
Small apartment and high rent, very old flooring (socks constantly snagged to wood panels on floor)…
Advice to owner:
Thank you for making my apartment a home for the past 8 years.

Review should be for 150 East 57, the website keeps changing it to 144 East
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean and relatively new, comes with gym and pool
Cons:
Traffic on 57th Street was loud, its also in between Lexington and 3rd so that makes it louder.
Advice to owner:
Pretty good job
Good apartment, not much around here though
Former Tenant
Pros:
Safe neighbourhood, clean building, very friendly doorman staff
Cons:
Laundry room sometimes too busy at peak times, gym is small so will have to get your own gym membership
Advice to owner:
Nothing to comment
