- awesome doorman and staff - responsive to maintenance requests - clean and up to date apartment - pet friendly location

Cons

- lack of metro access - maintenance that leaves us without water or power for big chunks of time - reduced the number of shuttles and they're always overfilled

Doormen/women are lovely, mail service is so simple, gym access is easy

Gym price is kind of pricey, as are utilities. Laundry access is such that dozens of apts share 3 washers/3 dryers
