Very nice Harlem spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quieter than I ever thought Manhattan could be, nice apartments, very convenient with transportation, having Amy Ruth's a block away is amazing
Cons:
How likely it is for water damage to happen, its everywhere, not in the best spot, views are not good
