Perfect Family Friendly Building

Pros

Honestly the best building i've lived in so far being in new york for the past 9 years. The staff are great and the neighbors are great as well. It's a condominium building so most of the tenants are families and professionals. The rooftop is pretty high and has a great view of the ciity. Theres a lounge and a gym which is convenient. The first 17 floors of the building is for the hotel next door which is great if you have family or friends in town and are needing a place to stay near you.

Cons

Maintenance requests take a while to get completed. The gym has a ton of space that they can make but not enough equipment. For example, the cardio machines are all spaced out 6 feet apart but theres only one bench and dumbell rack available in the corner thats constantly taken.
