Best midtown apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
I love everything and wish I wasn't moving. The doormen are the kindest most helpful people. Highly recommend. Everyone is pleasant and clean and respectful!
Cons:
The gym was a little outdated and they allow personal trainers to come join which kinda makes the spot tight and loud. Too much gym bro vibes at times.

Amazing unit, no complaints
Former Tenant
Pros:
Literally everything about this unit is great. I’m so sad we’re moving out, it’s only because the rent is too high for our budget now. Really great location and responsive live in super. We’ve never had issues getting help with our ACs or dishwasher.
Cons:
Landlord is very unresponsive. Sometimes it takes weeks to hear back.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Amenities, staff, lighting in apartments
Cons:
Location is a bit close to tourists / midtown
Advice to owner:
Modernize the amenities
