Mixed reviews for this onee
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly and responsive staff, pet friendly, convenient location, decent gym and outdoor space (but outside the 3rd floor, with no views).
Cons:
Expensive. Kitchen and bath could.use upgrades. Lots of renter turnover. Surrounding blocks seem to have more homeless people than other blocks in Chelsea/Flatiron.
Advice to owner:
Make some upgrades. Open the roof to residents.

Nice apartment, obviously you get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doorman, view, floor to ceiling windows, big kitchen (for New York), new appliances, lots of natural light, secure mail room, elevators always worked
Cons:
Doesn’t have a lot of character, luxury buildings aren’t great for the city, the flooring was really ugly lol
Advice to owner:
Can’t think of anything honestly

2 years living experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building staff (excluding the office) is incredible. The guys that work there are kind, nice and caring. They are helpful if you ever need anything.
Cons:
There are a few tenants and their visitors that might make you feel unsafe. There are a few women “entertainers” that have a number of men around. In addition, the building is on the corner of 6th and incredibly noisy during the day and at night. The amenities are not nice - there have been numerous rats on the patio and the gym equipment is outdated and often broken (one of the three treadmills has been broken for 9 months).
Advice to owner:
Get rid of troublesome tenants and invest more better common areas to compete.

Overall good location and building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The security/front desk seems to be on top of ensuring that only tenants live in (which is a good thing)
Cons:
The area is lively, so sometimes it can get a bit loud if you live in a lower floor.
