It is ok but not amazing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway stations, Central Park, Costco, target, etc
Apartment is huge! Very large living room and rooms
Cons:
Surrounded by projects so it gets noisy at night and crazy people outside the building. Heat system is old and it’s hard to sleep at night. Roaches issues and mice i saw it once.
Advice to owner:
Improve pest control
