Great amenity building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amenities, front desk concierge team was so nice, safe, all the conveniences of package and dry cleaning delivery to maintenance requests and immediate help whenever needed
Cons:
Noisy dogs at times, and expensive!

Good rental building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy to communicate with management, they were very on top of any maintenance requests and maintained the building well.
Cons:
A bit expensive but overall a good experience. I had some interesting neighbors over the course of many years living there but that’s life in the city.
