Well maintained. Excellent staff. Large units. Good amenities. Convenient location. Nice neighbors.
Cons:
Literally everything about this building is great except for the fact that it’s on 23rd and 6th. Which is easily one of the most crowded / annoying corners to live on in the city. It’s so convenient for getting around but not a nice relaxing place to step outside to
Management is super responsive to any maintenance requests. Nest controls for heat/ac are super convenient.
Cons:
Laundry is really expensive - $3.50 for each wash and again for each dry

Clean Quiet Building staff was great/friendly/helpful
Cons:
Only allowed 2 extra people per unit on the roof at a time Units facing the courtyard didn’t get much light Moving was a hassle with only certain days/hours allowed and only able to reserve the elevator for 2 hrs Furnishing Apt is a hassle because you have to schedule a time for delivery with the delivery garage and frate elevator even if you don’t know exactly when the item will arrive
Advice to owner:
Be a little more lax with moving in/out, it’s stressful enough there’s no need to make it even harder

Cons:
they rent to corporate housing and these tenants complain about the smallest thing! Including computers speaker noise
Advice to owner:
don't let the corporate tenants irritate regular tenants so much with their little complaints

-clean building with luxe facilities -responsive, friendly, and helpful staff -great location
Cons:
-Management company is incompetent and unresponsive -took over 1.5 yrs to settle an incorrect balance they were carrying for no reason, and even went as far to send me legal notice -not solutions oriented

Pros:
The building is in a fantastic location, with excellent staff. Everything is kept very clean.
Cons:
The staff are extremely stringent and unaccommodating. Moving in and out was made even more stressful due to the artificial constraints of timing and elevator use. Any use of the amenities was also met with headaches on protocols etc.
Advice to owner:
Be reasonable

Cons:
Ridiculous pet policy - no guests can visit with their pet. So in holidays, etc a family member can’t bring their dog.

Pros:
This property is very well-maintained. You will hardly see a speck of dirt, garbage rooms are emptied regularly, there’s good sound isolation between the units, elevators work and they do appropriate maintenance, and they are very responsive to any maintenance requests.
Cons:
It is located on a very busy intersection. While this is convenient, there can be a fair amount of street noise.

Thanks for keeping the property so well-maintained!

The building is clean, the people are nice, and my kids have an area to play.
Cons:
I wish the rec areas were open, but due to COVID guidelines I understand why they can’t be.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the great work, I always get immediate responses when I have issues.

A problematic landlord w a great building manager

Clean, excellent building manager named Jon.
Cons:
One of the worst landlords in New York. Non responsive, not reasonable and violate both tenants rights and make living here beyond a year an exercise in futility. Having rented here for 10+ years, and been through the process and seen the revolving door. Neighborhood is also a homeless encampment.

Clean, great staff, great appliances, safe
Cons:
Thin walls, make sure your neighbors don’t have small children or babies or play loud music
Floors are slanted on a slight incline
Expensive for what it is
Washer driers are a 6 min walk from main side of apartment. This is actually annoying. And they’re expensive.
Unfortunately lots of homeless in this area
Advice to owner:
Take noise complaints seriously

On top of their shit! Almost like living in a hotel Cool perks like random breakfasts or rooftop barbecues
Cons:
Very strict. Absolutely no smoking, you will get called out immediately by management.
They watch you like a hawk. If you do something against the rules, they’ll be sure to let you know
Advice to owner:
Move here if you like great service and if you are not a smoker
