Good Management really well done!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Had AMAZING staff at the front door. Doormen we’re attentive and extremely helpful
Cons:
Location - midtown west can be a bit of a mixed bag of personalities and individuals.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the great work

Great Place to live! - a bit pricey
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location next to Broadway and Central Park area. Really timely and cooperative management and maintenance.
Cons:
Just so expensive cannot justify living without a flex roommate.

Well-managed but strict
Former Tenant
Pros:
Generally well-managed building, nice doormen, basic laundry and gym room
Cons:
Very strict, will charge you $100+ if you don't tie up your cardboard boxes properly and won't negotiate increased rent at all when your lease is up. Will randomly knock on your door and walk into your apartment without warning occasionally
Advice to owner:
Be more flexible and considerate

Over-priced Fake Luxury
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and no pests.
Cons:
Non-responsive Management & Super. If something goes wrong, it will take FOREVER to be resolved, and then only with a lot of pestering. The building allows shares, so there’s far too many 20-somethings in some units. Their noise, garbage, and disregard for shared space will leave much to be desired. Front desk is for show, not security, as most will let anyone in unannounced.
Advice to owner:
Have some respect for your tenants (few NYC landlords do) rather than ignoring them like a distant problem. This is coming from a tenant who had 3 issues over 2 years, none of which were ever resolved.

So so experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, friendly doormen
Cons:
Noisy neighbors, unresponsive management
Cheap, decent, but has problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
2B2B bedroom
Great location, cheap rent, nice interior, friendly staff
Cons:
Always have rats problem, greasy carpets, low story building means it is clean to the streets, so it is noisy on the street side. The window is not sealed, therefore leaking airflow means cold temperature inside.
In addition, there’s always tiny things went wrong e.g doors, locks, cabinets, No big deal but annoying
Advice to owner:
Pay more attention to the building management even though it is a small property
