Ok building with challenging management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doorman staff is friendly. They are the only redeemable thing worth noting Gym in building
Cons:
Unit has not been updated in nearly 10 years which was relayed to me at signing. Zero negotiation on lease terms. Increase at 35% a month. Lacks amenities for monthly rent rate. You have to sign up for their bill management system with additional fees every month for water sewage garbage heat and hot water. This is in addition to electric. You are also required to sign up for their partners insurance agreement.
Advice to owner:
The people who rent from you are people too Has instances where things were broken and not readily fixed or addressed with an accusatory tone.

Nice WV Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen, porters and concierge are so friendly and helpful.
Cons:
Have had an issue with loud, immature, partying neighbors. Front desk was always quick to address it (until it happens again two days later).
No outdoor space !!

Very responsive staff
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff is very responsive to our needs and always support helpful. Everything is nice and just works. It's expensive but you get what you are paying for.
Cons:
The apartment doesn't come with curtains, which I still think is a bit weird but maybe normal in high end buildings.

Top notch building, great staff, clean. Lacking amenities.
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is one of the nicer places I’ve seen especially in the west village. Living here is peaceful. Very little outside noise, good location close to the river, front desk staff is awesome and super friendly, especially James (but they are all great). I’ve almost never needed to call maintenance but the one time I did, they were at my apartment within the hour for a non-emergency request. The building itself is super clean, the elevators always work, and moving in is easy. Neighbors are friendly. Rarely hear noise between walls - the construction of these units is solid.
Cons:
Other than the small gym, there aren’t any other amenities. For the price point of this building you would expect at least a rooftop. I haven’t seen units other than mine, but some are newly renovated and some aren’t. I can imagine that the units facing the courtyard get boring after a while, I would recommend trying to get a unit that overlooks the street. In general there is nothing wrong with the building, management is great, but it would be nice if a little more was included at the current rent.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you’re doing. Great experience so far. You probably don’t have the power to do this, but selfishly I would love a communal outdoor space.
