Decent place, no major issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Generally well maintained building. Responsive management. Working washer/dryer in basement. No issues with heat/gas/AC.
Cons:
Trash can sit in basement for a long time. Have encountered some cockroaches but hasn't been a major issue
