Do not rent through Bungalow
Former Tenant
Pros:
Packages rarely get stolen because of Amazon lockers in the building. There’s a laundry room inside the building too
Cons:
Mgmt takes forever to reply. No rules regarding smell of weed in the building (it’s really strong)

Total neglect by super AND executive office. Unsafe, noisy neighbors, AND pests
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Amazon locker is the only redeeming aspect. Some of the delivery people don’t even use the locker and your stuff is stolen anyways.
Cons:
Theft, drug addicts on the street at all hours, first floor has project X parties, maintenance requests will sit for months with no one to ever acknowledge them. Rats, roaches & fruit fly infestations. The hall & lobby are so gross and dirty. It’s impossible to call a super because there actually IS NO SUPER. Total regret moving in here.
Advice to owner:
Just sell to someone else who will take care of the building and tenants. You should go to jail.

Unresponsive Property Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Controlled Access Trash is regularly taken out Lobby area is regularly cleaned
Cons:
Property management is virtually non existent. Large roaches in unit that we’ve had to personally spend money on getting rid of, because the exterminator does a half ass job. Other units have had problems with mice Nothing gets fixed on time

Alright apartment, alright ammenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice living room Roof Access
Cons:
A half-dozen dead cockroaches could be found on the floor of the laundry room at any given time 2 out of the 4 bedrooms were borderline uninhabitable in size, light, etc.

Great unit for price
Former Tenant
Pros:
The maintenance was always so quick whenever a request was put in, and always did a great job. Also great having laundry in the building.
Cons:
Thin walls- I could always hear my neighbors if they were playing music. Also had a mice problem, but the exterminator came in free of charge.
Advice to owner:
No advice really, great place!

Not bad overall but pest problem and no elevator
Former Tenant
Pros:
The ticket system for things going wrong Responsive management Direct deposit for rent Full security deposit back
Cons:
Management didn’t tell us about the laundry machine in basement for an entire year Tried to increase rent by an unreasonable amount No elevator Amazon package locker Not ADA compliant Mice/cockroach problem
Advice to owner:
Overall fine. Could be better with empathizing with tenants
