Pros:
big lobby with connected (private) playground and patio w/ grill and space for bbqs; friendly staff
Cons:
elevators are slow and outdated, constant problems; rules for moving in/out are a nightmare
Advice to owner:
invest a bit more in the HOA

Laundry room needs a complete renovation. There are too many broken old washers and dryers.

Enforce the NO DOGS rule. There are too many new dogs and don’t say that they are grandfathered in
