Loved living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved living here, very well constructed newly remodeled building. Washer and dryer in unit was nice (although there is also laundry in building). Doormen and the live in super are the best, and the community feels family-like.
Cons:
Minor issues like the peloton bike was never repaired for half a year, and the front door is thin so you can hear when people are outside. Would’ve loved to keep living here but the building was bought by NYU medicine so I think they’re slowly not renewing leases to repurpose the building to house NYU faculty.

HORRIBLE (probably discriminatory) building management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean
Well maintained facilities
Cons:
The management was completely unresponsive when I didn't have a functional door for 5 months. They then charged me the ENTIRE ($1100) amount 5 months later when I was moving out- for a door that NEVER got fixed. The management was rude and unresponsive. When we complained about the door, they brought up that we had people over. They knew we were young and essentially bullied us into paying charges. Don't live there unless you're ok paying for amenities you don't have...like a door.
Advice to owner:
Don't discriminate against tenants
