Poor management, terrible manners
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing super, really clean building, everything very clean and organized. Super made this building so incredible. He is wonderful and kind
Cons:
The management is unkind and rude, don’t work to make your requests heard. Send emails to fellow residents in condescending tone. Overcharge for everything. I lived in building for 2 years and any problem I came to them with was met with a demeaning response and lack of solving the issue and had to discuss with super myself most times.
Advice to owner:
Be kinder to your tenants. Help them to feel more comfortable in their home where they live. Poor email tone. Brought two friends in who leased apts in same building and we all left because of poor management, and will never rent via this management again.
