Great building with a few drawbacks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location near many amazing restaurants and very close to both morning side park and central park. Great neighbors thoughtful and consciences building. Has a gym and a great roof deck. Wonderful views of the city. Wonderful neighborhood with lots of character.
Cons:
Quite loud during the summer festival if you facing Frederick Douglass Blvd also at nights due to some local bars. Not an energy efficient building so electricity can be very expensive.
