Quick Summer Stay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooms had big windows and were very quiet. Very close to the 1, 4, 5, R, and W lines of the MTA. Right across the street from Battery Park. Short walk to Whole Foods.
Cons:
Building lobby and hallways sometimes have a slightly funny smell. AC broke for a day while I was there in the summer.

Stayed for a month
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice well maintained building. Good for short-term stay, otherwise apartments are too small.
Cons:
Gym is very small for such a huge building.
Advice to owner:
Make sure the staff bring things to the lost&found department and not just leave them behind… someone took my sweatshirt from the gym after I left it there.

Worst Experience Ever - Sonder building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the park
Cons:
Rat, heaters break, fridges break, no one there to respond to emergencies.
Advice to owner:
If you have a building, be accountable for it! Don’t blame others. And if your building has faults, fix them or have people available to fix them if needed.
