Quiet and Spacious
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great units with lots of space and sun. Very quiet part of Hell's Kitchen. Solid amenities for the price point.
Cons:
Doorman not always present late at night.

An excellent mid-level building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very nice and helpful staff. The building is well maintained, usually quiet, and very comfortable.
Cons:
The management company can be slow and unresponsive, but that's pretty typical for management companies. I've been waiting for a new dishwasher for months.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenants. And give Segundo, the super, a raise. The man is a legend.

What it’s really like
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious, garden, laundry
Cons:
Outdated, doormen never here, appliances always break, never package alerts, crime ridden area, located next door to homeless shelter.
Advice to owner:
Update apartments, keep doormen 24/7, fix outdated package systems, call before anyone comes to my apartment, respond to work orders timely within a few days, not months.
