A dream of a building

The location is ideal. On the south side Roosevekt Island right next to the (very very deep) clean F station, 2 minutes walk from the tram and 3 minutes from the ferry. The building is perfectly maintained with terrific concierge and porter staff and resident manager. Problems are addressed immediately and food deliveries are even stored in a refrigerator for pick up. Views of the river towards both Manhattan and Queens are superb. A gem.
