Love it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really enjoy living here. Can’t beat the location or the safety of a doorman building. Beautiful rooftop views. Super is very responsive and fixes things same day of reaching out. Only downside is very pricey for not so much space but that’s New York.
Cons:
pricy rent, almost every unit seems to be a flex so you’re paying for very little space.

Overpriced but what’s new
Former Tenant
Pros:
2 closets in 1 bedroom
Cons:
The unit is a true 1 bedroom - sold as a 3 bed flex and one of the “bedrooms” had no windows or AC… bc it’s a large closet.

Nice on the surface but not cared for by owners
Former Tenant
Pros:
Generally looks modern. Nice lobby attendants. Not many apts per floor. Multiple big closets and WIC. Has 1.5 bedroom apts with 2 full bathrooms.
Cons:
Kitchen cabinets quality very poor (vinyl peels off fronts and hinges break). Elevators break down often. Problems with water temperature (sometimes no hot water then sometimes scalding) and loss of water. Small basement gym and rooftop not looked after. Can hear when neighbors slam doors and play loud music. Machines in laundry room often broken or malfunctioning.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of the whole building. Replace the old peeling kitchen cabinets with new fronts that aren’t vinyl.
