Review for LANDLORD ONLY for Apt. 5F

Pros:
Let me be clear, the building/management is NOT the problem.
Our LANDLORD for APT. 5F is the problem and the only reason for this review. The building is fine and so is management. There are absolutely no pros regarding this awful person. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
Cons:
LANDLORD ONLY is the problem for APT. 5F.
Our ex Landlord rented this unit to us. They own it.
First and foremost, this Landlord raised the rent 20% and did not give the proper 90 day notice required by law. Continued to ignore requests of said notice. Strong armed us out ILLEGALLY. We are following up with this and other issues.
Note: This is a luxury building/unit.
The unit is old, dirty and dated (almost everything is original-18 years old) Appliances don't work well at all and some are downright hazardous. The heating/cooling units are absolutely on their way out, except for the one that was finally replaced after 6 WEEKS of NO A/C in July of 2022. Landlord ignored ALL requests to replace the non working, broken unit. This Landlord just ignores correspondence that is important and should be addressed but will harass a tenant for things they have no right to. Like wanting to charge a 5% late fee because they thought rent wasn't paid when in fact it was. It was paid EARLY. So they were completely oblivious to the fact that the rent was there EARLY. They will also harass you about other ridiculous things because they confused you with another tenant. They literally can't even distinguish who their tenants are and blame one for what another did or did not do.
This Landlord is completely incompetent and should not be allowed to rent to anyone ever.
This apartment is actually listed to rent now. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES. This basically goes for any listing, but ESPECIALLY THIS UNIT.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LANDLORD.
Advice to owner:
You are the most incompetent Landlord/Person ever. This is not over. Trust you will be hearing from us again.
