good location, wish it was quieter

Pros

- convenient location - nice courtyard - cheap laundry

Cons

- staircase door is extremely loud and the walls are thin, you know every single time the door is used as it slams shut - small number of washers and dryers - if you face towards the street, the sirens/street noise is very loud, if you face towards the courtyard, you hear louder conversations/laughter
