    The new renovations are nice and quick response to any issues (plumbing, pests, etc)
    Cons:
    Not enough laundry machines and pest problem during rushed renovations 2 summers ago (they’ve since tried to mitigate)

    Huge studio with decently sized bathroom

    Not very clean with poor water pressure

    Great location and tons of natural light. Walking distance to everything and pretty spacious.
    Cons:
    Mice in the courtyard, but never had any problems with pests in room.

    Kitchen is attached to room and they don’t turn on AC even when it’s 80 degrees

    Advice to owner:
    a 2 bedroom dorm instead of a 4 bedroom dorm would be better

    Apparently one of the better dorms here. Rooms are clean, found no bugs or mice in my room.
    Cons:
    Locks are electronic (make sure your phone's charged on your way home!), found roaches or water bugs in the laundry room. They were taken care of quickly, but then came back a few weeks later.

    Garbage chute is convenient
    Cons:
    A little loud since it’s next to Union square, many sawtooth grain beetles?? Found one roach once, never any rats though. Appliances like oven, under fridge, etc were kind of dirrty

    Typical Dorm, Poor bathrooms

    good kitchen space, no pests, full AC/heat, right on Union Sq, good building initiatives, good trash disposal
    Cons:
    Bad shower / BR sink pressure, dirty bathroom upon move-in, only 1 bedroom w/ door, outside very noisy, cheap furniture/beds
    Advice to owner:
    Repairs usually done within same day, don’t sleep on it. Bathrooms are hopelessly dirty. Buy a microwave.
