To expensive, has pest problems
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, working elevator. Small community. Renovated apartments have a great look.
Cons:
This building is a Mouse Hotel. It’s nice enough for the area, but the mice are running rampant through every apartment. Landlord jacks up rent every year. The lobby constantly smells of garbage. No rooftop access. Very drafty apartments. Landlord tries to pass off a 1-br with office as a 2-br (which is illegal).

Drafty, roach issue, loud construction, homeless population
Former Tenant
Pros:
Proximity to night life in the lower east side
Cons:
Building has a cockroach problem, apartment is very drafty. When it’s hot outside, it’s hot in the apartment. And when it’s cold outside, it gets cold in the apartment. And lots of homeless people and loiterers in the area depending on time of day.
Advice to owner:
Do something about the roaches. For starters, maybe try taking the garbage out more often. The lobby usually wreaks from the trash
