Unresponsive landlord with disregard for basic living standards
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great, roof access is a nice addition
Cons:
Landlord responsiveness is nonexistent, building has many cockroaches, hot water does not work, AC does not work, landlord replaces broken appliances with used + dirty old appliances in storage
Advice to owner:
Treat your tenants fairly!

Bad building, great area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. Spacious. Two bathrooms
Cons:
Gas leak in the basement and the firefighters said the gas was hooked up to the dryer and was a “fire dungeon.” Building never acknowledged it. Roaches. Doorman clips toenails at front door. Moved into a FILTHY apartment and they wouldn’t pay for a cleaning service. Everything was broken (shower, sink, AC, etc) and didnt get fixed for weeks.
