413 WORST APARTMENT IN BUILDING!!!!!! IT IS INFESTED WITH MICE & ROACHES. HER FLOORS ARE BLACK. HER BATHROOM TUB IS FILLED WITH DOG SHIT. SHE HARASSES PEOPLE. HAS GOTTEN MANY PEOPLE ARRESTED OFF OF LIES. HUGE PROBLEM TO THIS BUILDING.
