Cons:

Expensive luxury building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean and attentive building staff
Cons:
Building has central cooling/heating and tends to switch to the cooling system very late in the year. When paying for an expensive luxury apartment, it’s can be hard to justify the cost when sweating in your sheets for months. They don’t provide screens for the windows and whenever we open the windows, tons of mosquitos and nats get in.
Advice to owner:
Switch the cooling system on earlier in the year. Frequently have to go to bed with ice packs to cool down during late spring / early summer.

Great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff, cleanliness, dog friendly, responsive management
Cons:
Hvac switch over is always too late in the season, have to pay for gym.
Advice to owner:
Switch the HVAC over sooner, provide screens for windows
