Luxury in central location but with cheap construction
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff is nice and accommodating. Good location to explore Manhattan if new or visiting.
Cons:
Questionable street, wouldn’t walk alone late at night. Pictures look great but the quality of construction is subpar.
Advice to owner:
Keep units updated for the price paid

Solid apartment building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, nice interiors, nice ac and heating system
Cons:
Shower designs are weird (water flows out to the floor), furnishings are so so (tries to be upscale but is cheap), and kitchen cabinets are for tall people only, far from subway
