Terrible noise issues from neighbors
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location location location. Building staff is amazing.
Cons:
This building has no amenities but worst of all terrible noise issues. You can even hear the neighbor coughing…
Advice to owner:
New insulation for noise

Building Great, Owner Terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
Doormen are extremely nice and helpful. App is great for scheduling repair/maintenance and receiving delivery notifications. One side of the building has a great view of Rockefeller, and Rockefeller Plaza right outside is super nice to have. Some food options nearby
Cons:
Amenities and roof access have been closed since the start of COVID with no plan whatsoever for them to reopen. Studio unit with kitchen behind a sliding door is kind of annoying, and the fridge has malfunctioned in four different ways now, at one point causing water damage. View on non-Rockefeller side of the building is horrid, and on the Rockefeller side is north facing, so not much direct sunlight coming in despite the huge windows. Owner has been terrible with getting things fixed, but that is not indicative of other owners in the building, so just be wary of your owner and you should be fine.
Advice to owner:
Urgency when responding to your tenants, both in replies and actions.

Great views, close to subway
Former Tenant
Pros:
Smaller building in size, great views, fast elevators, relatively quiet depending on what floor.
Cons:
A couple of the staff are unfriendly, borderline rude and mocking residents. Water pressure is on the weaker side, carpets could be cleaned better in the hallways,
