Avoid if you can
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is a “doorman” A live in super who is friendly Units are relatively spacious
Cons:
Very unresponsive building management Constant scaffolding and construction around building Water gets shut off often- sometimes without notice Good luck getting them to fix the elevators Leaks may or may not get fixed, just have to roll the dice and wait months Can be pricey
Advice to owner:
Actually manage the building for which you collect a heft fee from each unit? Fix quickly so you don’t have workers looking through peoples windows for years?
