Great Building all around
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everyone working in the building is very professional. The Neighbors are great in general.
Cons:
The common areas were closed for years because of a fire, but they have now reopened.

A pretty good place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
24 hour door man, keep packages for you, the apts are like sound proof booths - I never heard my neighbors or outside noise
Cons:
You pay for amenities you don’t have access to. There was a rooftop + gym listed online but when I moved in they said it * burned down * in 2020 and they never got around to fixing it in the year I lived there.
