Solid management in a sketchy area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive management, very clean, new appliances and great space. Doormen are very nice and helpful
Cons:
Located on the edge of a park where there is drug dealing and tons of homeless people (most are harmless).

Beautiful Views, Hot Apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Floor to ceiling windows
The apartment has good amenities and doormen
Balconies provide an amazing view of the city
A lot of closet space, especially with the higher ceilings
Cons:
The windows face in my unit face south & west which really heats up the apartment in the summer. The AC cannot keep up so not only are my electric bills high, it's almost unbearably hot even with the shades drawn.
In the winter, the building has a central boiler so you cannot control your heat easily, leading to hot, sleepless nights.

Not worth it!
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is a 24hrs Security on-site. I must say the best thing they ever invested.

Nice Balcony Terrance with nice views.

Best city views at any apartment location.
Cons:
The owner of the building is not fair to his Tenants when it comes to repairs inside the apartment.

Over charges the garage space

Worst building management
Advice to owner:
Get your own private contractors to fix the apartments. Don’t put your trust in management or the building owner.
