Love it But…
Former Tenant
Pros:
Loved that the location is very close to the train station (two blocks) and close to many local stores. The building has 24/7 door man. Our apartment is very large for Manhattan.
Cons:
You will always see homelessness and addiction when you leave and enter the train/your home. The maintenance takes some time to respond to request.

Pros:
Nice and spacious, a lot of storage space. The concierge are all very friendly. The location is very convenient
Cons:
There is a lot of noice from the busy street and fire station nearby. I lived on the 2nd floor so maybe that made it worse
Advice to owner:
Could be more responsive
