Great building and responsive management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apartment finishes: apartments have been relatively recently renovated and the finishes are great Building staff: everyone is attentive, professional and very helpful Management: management is very responsive (any maintenance request are dealt with very quickly), they check in proactively periodically to make sure everything is going well
Cons:
Rent prices are a bit high, but not too far off from what you would expect for the neighborhood
