Good but took forever to get my deposit back
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, clean building with respectful residents. The amenities were well maintained. Very responsive staff when some repair was needed
Cons:
It took them forever to give me my deposit back. I had to email and call so many persons it was very frustrating. Too much construction noise around in the neighborhood when I was living there.
Advice to owner:
The deposit episode was traumatizing. Things like that should never happen.
